...Great hat for the price! I had feared that it would show up at My door being a cheap halloween store costume hat, but it's an actual derby, worthy of being worn on the streets of Victorian London!

I hate baseball caps. I don't like the way they look, I don't like the way I look in them. Conversely, I do like hats; so it's a struggle to find one that I enjoy.
That's why I'm so thrilled with this hat: my head's warm (not a small consideration when facing a NE PA winter with a bald head), I have something that goes well with my wool coat, and it makes sense with my handlebars.
Moreover, it's a well-constructed hat. A nice lining, substantial material, and a stitched edge along the brim. Nice curve to the brim. Handsome feather and a real hat pin, rather than the feather being glued in place. This one doesn't look like you stopped by Party City on Nov 1 to get your bowler. And it's soooo nice to get one that fits properly--no, one size does NOT fit all!
The delivery I got from New Era was insane--ordered 12/15, received 12/16. I don't know how I got that, but I was giddy to be wearing it all this week! That's pretty amazing, considering that this is the holiday season.

...I regret doing so, since it was a really nice hat. However, customer service is one thing that wasn't too small with these guys. Able to do the return amazingly well and am a happy customer

For the majority of my life I wandered a lonely path with neither friend nor family to comfort me, but then, one day on this very website I discovered this black derby hat. Elated, I quickly ordered this beautiful hat and anxiously awaited for it to be delivered.
In a very expedient fashion, the hat arrived at my door. Not even going inside to do so, I held the sacred box that nestled my just reward and quickly ripped it apart. Once I put the hat atop my head I was quickly surrounded by the local populace of my neighborhood and quickly elected mayor of my town. But the magic of the derby does not stop there, no, no my friend. Not long after, I was elected to the office of County Magistrate and am currently preparing for my 2012 bid for President.
I owe all thanks to New Era Factory and their beautiful Black Derby hat. God bless both of you.
(In other words, I like the hat.)

Was delivered FAST (Shippped 26th of November. Expected 9th, arrived 2nd). Also, was delivered at my door while I was home (Otherwise, it would have been when I was at school - big plus). The hat is superb and was packed well to avoid damage. Quality-wise, I really like it - it's stiff and comfortable. The only drawback was shipping expenses, but even so it was till on par with with most hats I've seen at home. Would really think about buying here again!
