I'll keep this short. If you have a child who loves Indiana Jones, this is a spectacular set for them. My son walks around with the hat on, and holding the whip for many hours each day since I got it. His siblings are extremely jealous and they beg them to let him play. The only con is that you have to tell your child over and over again not to use this whip on anything by the floor. They can get carried away because it is so fun.

This is a great set for you child, just keep in mind that the hat is adult size so it may be too large for little children. The hat is durable and a felt like feel. The whip is life like too. Like the hat, the whip isn't suitable for the little ones. GREAT for halloween!
Great Imaginative Play Item February 4, 2009

Santa brought this item to my 10-year-old son for Christmas. He's loves Indiana Jones and asked for a "real" bullwhip for Christmas. Both the hat and the whip have held up very well, and have received a LOT of play and some abuse. The tip of the whip did start to unravel a little at one point, but we simply tied a knot in it and it has been fine since then. These products are very well-made, and very authentic-looking! I would highly recommend them for any young Indy fan!

My 7 year old nephew loves hit hat and whip. I purchased the adult set for him after reading another review. The adult hat set is great for young boys. The childs set is best for todlers. The hat fits him well and he will not grow out of it quickly. He loves it.

I bought this for my 9 year old. He loves the set and uses it all the time. The hat is made very well and looks just like Indiana Jones'. Although the whip has started the breakdown in a few areas, hasn't fallen apart, but the weaving was loose. Easy to fix with some glue. By far the BEST Indiana Jones set out there. We supplemented this hat/whip with the costume because that hat was junk.
